Giant Glass

Its a big size.glass, feels very handy and sturdy.I am enjoying.

Loved the old monk glasses set. The quality is great and the cutting and the finishing gives it a nice elegant look. Really happy with the purchase.

My experience with your product is good. But your packaging system needs to be improved immediately. As due to your faulty packaging (not upto the mark to transfer fragile goods) system one of my glasses reached me completely broken. Outside the box it should be mentioned before dispatch.

Extremely bad experience

I had a very bad experience. I would not suggest anyone to use Kavi
1. The delivery was late.
2. The glasses were broken when it was delivered.
3. I did a video of unboxing and shared the same for a replacement/ refund. However was asked to share pics instead of video. Did the same and again received a call asking that I need to keep all broken glasses in one picture and click them together. Rationale being that they cannot ascertain the number of broken glasses.
4. When I asked for a full refund and asked them to pickup the glasses in the same condition that I received them I was told that I have to send on my own expenses.
5. Finally after a few discussions they agreed to send 3 glasses.

This is very surprising when the whole world has moved to buying things online and when valid proof has been given. I could not upload the other videos as there is a limit of only 1 video.

Fulfilling!
