3. Since all the pieces are hand created, there may be a slight variation in shape and color but each piece will have the same effect. Also, we take extra to see that the bottles used are scratch free but still there may be very minor marks as all these bottles used are recycled.

Extremely bad experience

I had a very bad experience. I would not suggest anyone to use Kavi
1. The delivery was late.
2. The glasses were broken when it was delivered.
3. I did a video of unboxing and shared the same for a replacement/ refund. However was asked to share pics instead of video. Did the same and again received a call asking that I need to keep all broken glasses in one picture and click them together. Rationale being that they cannot ascertain the number of broken glasses.
4. When I asked for a full refund and asked them to pickup the glasses in the same condition that I received them I was told that I have to send on my own expenses.
5. Finally after a few discussions they agreed to send 3 glasses.

This is very surprising when the whole world has moved to buying things online and when valid proof has been given. I could not upload the other videos as there is a limit of only 1 video.

I found it too large for a drink, but yes I’m going to keep my plants growing in them , it’s nice and spacious, I’d love to see my plants grow in them.

One of the Glass was completely broken

One of the Glass was completely broken but the other one was good. I really like it.
